Acquisition of the former main customs investigation office, an inner-city site in the heart of Cologne.
The property acquired from the BIMA (Federal Organisation For Property Assignments) is being converted into 81 housing units.

The facilities will range from city apartments to lofts with sauna and also include not only flats with a garden and maisonette and penthouse flats, but also retail areas on the ground floor and an underground garage.

The »55 Frames« housing project has been designed by the Cologne firm of architects Boris Enning, which won a countrywide competition.
Quick access from A to B with urban facilities for both day and night: this is how life in the city needs to function, preferably on foot. »55 Frames« is the ideal discovery for this and in addition provides fast access to the motorway with no traffic lights getting in the way.
