LOGISTICS AUSTRIA PLUS FUND I will grow in November 2022 with the purchase of a last-mile logistics property in Sollenau near Vienna.

The property, a delivery base leased on a long-term basis to Österreichische Post AG, has 66 e-charging stations and a BREEAM certification (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) with an “excellent” rating and will also be equipped with a photovoltaic system.

The property also benefits from the advantages of a modern industrial location with a well-developed infrastructure. The convenient location on the Süd- and Aspangbahn as well as on the Wiener Neustädter Straße (B17), speaks for itself. Both Vienna and the district capital Wiener Neustadt are easily accessible by public and private transport.
