In Hohen Wieschendorf on the Baltic coast of Mecklenburg the new vacation resort Bades Huk will be built in a privileged beach location until 2021. 77 modern 1 to 3 bedroom apartments will be realized in the real estate area distributed over 18 buildings. The investment volume amounts to approximately 30 million euros. This sum includes all costs of the real estate area as well as the parking area opposite, but also the expenses for the operator model and for the preparation of the complex development plan procedure due to the location in the bird and nature conservation area.
