CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP AT GALILEO

New owner of the “Neue Mitte” at the University Campus of the Technical University of Munich (TUM) in Garching

We are pleased to announce that SOINI ASSET IMMOBILIEN is the new owner of GALILEO on the campus of the Technical University of Munich (TUM) in Garching since March ’17. Straightforward, transparent and modern, GALILEO will form the “New Centre”, which runs through the heart of the campus as a clear north-south axis with many east-west passages. The campus will finally have what it has long been waiting for: a lively centre. The idea behind GALILEO is to optimally combine study, work, science and research with culture, sports and leisure, so that a research centre becomes a vital city.

From now on, we will be reinforcing the management team, which has been so successful up to now, in the areas of construction controlling and residual leasing. The great quantum leap “Galileo” recently celebrated its topping-out ceremony and will be completed by the beginning of next year.
