After his studies in business administration and economics, entrepreneur Oliver Soini, born in 1969 in Baden-Württemberg, decided to combine capital market products with real estate investment. He founded his first investment firm in 2002, which later became the SOINI ASSET group, and exclusively invested in the company’s own property developments. To this day, Oliver Soini has stayed true to this strategy. His unerring instinct for visionary people and unique real estate projects allows him to identify investment opportunities that often remain hidden from others. He acts as an intermediary between everyone involved, comes up with practical solutions and tackles each project with intention and energy.
