Günter Berlo, born in 1956, has been active in the real estate and construction industry for over 35 years. He is a seasoned expert and perfectionist when it comes to property development at SOINI ASSET. He held a variety of positions at Bilfinger Berger for more than 25 years and worked as managing partner at Fay Projects before setting up his own firm in 2009. He leverages his experience and drive to make all of his property development projects a success. Günter Berlo is responsible for property development construction and project management at SOINI ASSET.

As a trained office management assistant, Diana Otto’s work can be characterized as loyal, prudent and precise. Having previously worked as a manager at a fine dining restaurant, she understands the nuances of what people want and is not only a perfect host, but also effective at any task she takes on. Her daily responsibilities include streamlining work processes, providing fast support, coordination and organizing projects. Diana Otto successfully uses her organizational skills to support the SOINI ASSET management team.

Hamid M. Farahmand, born in 1980, has been a successful real estate entrepreneur for over 17 years. Hamid M. Farahmand founded the independent advisory firm “Clavis International” based in Hamburg in 2009. Since then, he has been planning, developing and marketing resort developments offering a unique service worldwide. Both sellers and buyers of vacation properties benefit from the knowledge he has gained in over 35 international development projects. He takes the residential services approach, which is so valuable to customers, to the next level with each new project. Hamid M. Farahmand brings loyalty and enthusiasm to his daily work. As an expert for second homes, he advises and manages projects involving vacation properties and special opportunities for SOINI ASSET.
