SALE AND TOPPING-OUT CEREMONY

The events are literally overflowing and last week there was a double reason to celebrate. We, Ottobrunn-based S.I.E. Soini Immobilienentwicklung, sold our yet-to-be-built “Star Inn” hotel and boarding house complex in Heidelberg to Commerz Real. We announced this deal to the press at the groundbreaking ceremony last Monday. In just over a year, the shell of the building will have developed into a hotel and boarding house with a total of 300 rooms and will offer guests of the city of Heidelberg a beautiful new accommodation option.
