Fast start at the cathedral

New sales record

Our i Live project in the heart of Cologne has made a sensational start to sales. Since October 1st 2015,  200 reservations have been acquired within 15 days by our sales partner, Kreissparkasse Cologne.

In the meantime, an i Live sales container has also arrived on site, which will be used for a sales exhibition from the end of October. We firmly expect to be able to place the remaining residential units within this framework.

A sensational result that is unique in our history and even surpasses the success of 55Frames, the project on the neighbouring property.
