The data you provide is required in order to fulfill the contract and to implement any pre-contractual measures. A contract cannot be concluded without this data. We will not transmit collected data to third parties with the exception of transmitting payment data (credit card data) to the processing bank/payment service provider for the purpose of withdrawing the purchase price, to the shipping company (transport company) commissioned by us to deliver the goods and to our tax advisor so that we can meet our tax obligations.

If you cancel the purchase process, we will delete the stored data. If a contract is concluded, we will store all data in connection with the contractual relationship until the expiry of the retention period under tax law (7 years). The transmitted name, address, purchased goods and date of purchase will also be stored until product liability expires (10 years). Data processing is carried out in line with the legal provisions set forth under sec. 96 para. 3 TKG and Art. 6 para. 1(a) GDPR (consent) and/or (b) (necessary for performance of a contract).
