Green light for preliminary building application

In order to secure the permissibility of the building project in Essen in advance in terms of planning law and to clarify individual questions about the specific building project, a preliminary building application was submitted to the Office for Urban Planning and Building Regulations of the City of Essen. This preliminary building application was examined and, fortunately, the preliminary building decision was issued in mid-July.
