Groundbreaking ceremony in Gilching

Ceremonial start of our new project in Gilching at the groundbreaking ceremony. Together with asto Business Group SOINI ASSET develops the property asto Mäander with more than 25.000 sqm floor space in Gilching. In an exposed location, in the middle of the economic region Starnberg Ammersee the ground-breaking ceremony for another building project in the asto Park was celebrated. Together with the asto Business Group SOINI ASSET will develop the asto Mäander – an office and production building – in Gilching. This joint venture is based on a technical-operational cooperation that has been practiced and implemented with trust for a long time.

“Courageous decisions in complicated times” has always been a motto of the asto Business Group, says Schulte-Middelich.

In a press interview, Schulte-Middelich points out that more than a hundred companies have settled around the special airport Oberpfaffenhofen in the past 13 years – from start-ups to companies that have already established themselves as world market leaders. So the vision worked out. The area has developed into a technology cluster – for aerospace, robotics, IT, battery technology, automotive, satellite navigation and mechanical engineering. Together with our partner asto Business Group, SOINI ASSET is pleased about this development and that the location at the Lindau highway and with express bus connection attracts more and more innovative companies. We are looking forward to a successful project implementation and the new object in Gilching.
