Hall handover in Lamprechtshausen: SOINI ASSET hands over hall extension in Lamprechtshausen to HENDI GmbH.

Lamprechtshausen, May 28, 2024 – Eight months after the start of construction, SOINI ASSET has completed the hall extension of around 1,556 sqm in Lamprechtshausen in the immediate vicinity of Salzburg. “We are delighted that we were able to leverage the value creation potential at this location shortly after the fund’s purchase by means of active asset management,” says Nino Stricker-Neumayer, Partner and Investment Manager at SOINI ASSET. With a large-scale photovoltaic system, additional electric charging stations and an innovative air heat pump system, the LOGISTICS AUSTRIA PLUS FUND I continues to follow its Article 8 strategy.

Nino Stricker-Neumayer officially handed over the property with a new total area of approx. 4,755 sqm to HENDI GmbH, represented by Managing Director Stefan Mannel, today. The company, which operates throughout Europe in the restaurant, hotel and catering supplies sector, attaches great importance not only to functionality but also to innovation, quality and a fair price-performance ratio. The tenant will use the logistics hall primarily for the short and long-term storage of catering equipment, as well as for more efficient logistics processes and, associated with this, better customer service.
