Holiday Inn Express Airport Düsseldorf-Krefeld

At the dynamic business location Krefeld Fichtenhain a hotel project of the brand “Holiday Inn Express Airport Düsseldorf-Krefeld” of the successful and worldwide established IHG Group is being built. We are proud to report at this point about the successful purchase of the land as well as the already granted building permit. The proximity to Düsseldorf Airport is underlined by the positioning as a classic airport business hotel. Thanks to a location policy that has been geared to growth for many years, there are already around 130 companies in the south of Krefeld, including numerous international companies. Traveling employees and customers generate a high frequency of overnight stays. The hotel is expected to open in the first quarter of 2021 as the second brand hotel in the Krefeld South business cluster with around 125 rooms in the highly sought-after 3* business category.

Our close cooperation with the IHG Group will be supplemented by another project and successfully continued.
