Successful series of transactions

Within the last 6 months we have realized a series of successful transactions in Austria and thus sold our complete logistics portfolio in a spectacular way. In detail, these are the following logistics properties: 12,504 sqm total land area in Styria, 32,345 sqm total land area in Vienna, 60,000 sqm and 46,649 sqm total land area in Upper Austria.

The logistics property in Styria kicked off this successful sales series in December 2018 with its sale to a private investor. Subsequently, the properties in Upper Austria were sold to an institutional investor in May 2019. This month, the property in Vienna followed, which was acquired by another institutional investor. We were once again able to demonstrate our good market position as an investor in the field of logistics real estate and look forward to the new projects that are now pending, on which we will continue to report.
