The construction of the show house

Soon the time will come – the preparations are in full swing and already at the end of the year interested parties will be able to take a first look at our show house, which may now be built within the framework of the settlement agreement concluded in 2015 (concluded with the district of Northwest Mecklenburg and the municipality of Hohenkirchen). The associated measure provided for the deconstruction of some houses, which has now been completed. Visually, our vacation resort should fit gently into the landscape in the future and be in harmony with nature, as can be seen in our video. Currently we are in the approval process for the new B-Plan and the building permit.
