Logistics was the third strongest asset class in Austria in 2020. Thanks to their geographical location, Austria’s core logistics regions situated along Europe’s most important transportation routes offer potential for building innovative logistics centers. An excellent example of this is Leonding by Linz.

One of the largest conurbations in Austria, the Linz region is a magnet for well-known industrial companies.

SOINI ASSET purchased the logistics center in Leonding in 2019 and is holding it under long-term management. A vital factor in the decision making to finalize the purchase was the property’s highly popular commercial location with excellent access to transportation routes directly adjacent to Linz, Austria’s industrial and economic center. The logistics asset features roughly 17,000 sqm in total rental space.
