Urban logistics at the Port of Vienna

Investment in Austrian logistics properties has been heavily increasing recent years. The asset class has recently proven particularly resilient.

Thanks to strong local industry and excellent infrastructure, the Vienna, Graz, Salzburg and Linz logistics locations are becoming extremely popular. However, roughly half of the country’s total logistics space is located near Vienna. The region’s excellent geographical location makes it the country’s economic backbone.

SOINI ASSET sold the Vienna I and II logistics centers to an institutional investor in 2020.
