The future is city logistics – central, dynamic and sustainable

The growing importance of e-commerce and multi-channel retail also means a shift in requirements on modern logistics properties. Demand for distribution centers and central locations for city hubs is on the rise. The rapidly growing city of Graz has a reputation as southern Austria’s strongest economic performer.

SOINI ASSET expanded its logistics portfolio in 2017 with the addition of a city logistics center in Graz. The location’s attractive proximity to the city center and excellent access to transportation routes offer the perfect conditions for long-term tenants such as Q Logistics, one of Austria’s largest logistics companies. SOINI ASSET sold the property to an institutional investor in 2019.
