Thanks to its central location at the intersection of major European transportation routes, Austria offers ideal access to the growth markets in Central and Eastern Europe.

In 2018, the SOINI ASSET IMMOBILIEN Europa I fund invested in a new-build logistics property with potential for expansion located in Eberstalzell near the Voralpenkreuz junction (Upper Austria), one of Austria’s most important transportation hubs. After completion, the new-build, which is being constructed on a 60,000 sqm site, will feature 23,975 sqm of rental space. Long-term leases were signed for space at the stock and new buildings before construction began. SOINI ASSET sold the property to an institutional investor in 2019.
