In 2018, the SOINI ASSET IMMOBILIEN Europa I fund invested in a new-build logistics property with potential for expansion located in Eberstalzell near the Voralpenkreuz junction (Upper Austria), one of Austria’s most important transportation hubs. After completion, the new-build, which is being constructed on a 60,000 sqm site, will feature 23,975 sqm of rental space. Long-term leases were signed for space at the stock and new buildings before construction began. SOINI ASSET sold the property to an institutional investor in 2019.
