SOINI ASSET laid the foundation stone for the “nui Mood hotel” in Mainz in 2018 together with the “Hamburg hotel group Novum Hospitality” and in collaboration with “Wilhelm Füssler Bau”. A unique style and local vibe are some of the hotel’s key features for David Etmenan, Chief Executive Officer and owner of Novum Hospitality. “Mainz is the vibrant state capital of Rhineland-Palatinate and an attractive location that is popular with business travelers and tourists alike,” David Etmenan says. The “niu Mood” was inspired by this location. The name “Mood” refers to the joie de vivre that is typical to the residents of Mainz. The hotel’s interior design reflects this spirit with “feel good” colors and luxurious baroque motifs. The murals were painted by local artist Henry J. Wintherberg, who was commissioned by “Novum Hospitality” and “Viva con Agua de Sankt Pauli”. “The proceeds from this partnership go to support projects that help give people around the world access to clean drinking water,” David Etmenan explains.
