In the midst of a bird sanctuary, with optional views of the golf course, the Baltic Sea and the salt marshes of Hohen Wieschendorf, lies the vacation resort Bades Huk, which started operations in the summer of 2021. 77 apartments in a privileged beach location with a unique operator concept welcome not only water sports, nature and golf lovers but also capital investors.
For Oliver Soini, the operator concept is a special feature of the project. The idea of quality of life is central to this.
“Time is an important factor for quality of life,” says the investor. “And we all know: time is scarce and should be used in the best possible way at the resort. Properties with residential services, such as in Bades Huk, enable an exceptional vacation experience. They are on the rise on the German coasts, but still a specialty in Germany. Here, especially the offered variety of Bades Huk stands out from the competitors – so all-encompassing, for the most diverse target groups, this is nowhere to be found. In addition, the combination of owner-occupancy and rental offers an attractive financial investment and the minimum monthly return provides additional security. All apartments are in the 4-star level and follow a design line with high-quality interior, so a real vacation feeling sets in quickly.”

The unique ambience of unspoiled nature combined with the flair of the Baltic Sea carries through the entire interior design concept.
“The interior design in Scandinavian style transports the idyll of the landscape into the room and provides the perfect setting for the view through the large window fronts,” emphasizes Christina Soini. All vacation apartments were handed over to the owners fully furnished and equipped. Property owners were able to make a personal selection from various product lines. “The interior package receives its completion through selected art. The Baltic Sea with its diverse landscape also inspired Salzburg-based artist Csaba Fürjesi. His paintings visually capture the relaxed vacation feeling and the colours of nature of Hohen Wieschendorf. His perception of nature and the relaxed feeling of time accompany the visitor of Bades Huk from the hectic everyday life.”
