Bades Huk
The Bades Huk vacation resort celebrated its grand opening in the summer of 2021. The resort is situated at the heart of a bird sanctuary, boasting views of the golf course, the Baltic Sea and the Hohen Wieschendorf salt marshes. With a unique operator concept and 77 apartments in a luxury beach location, the resort is not only the perfect destination for those who enjoy water sports, nature or golf but for investors as well.
Oliver Soini finds the property’s operator concept, which revolves around quality of life, particularly attractive.
“Time is especially valuable when it comes to quality of life,” the investor explains. “And everyone agrees that time is a scarce resource that we want to make the most of when we go on vacation. Properties that provide residential services, like the Bades Huk resort, create memorable vacation experiences. Although these types of vacation destinations are growing in number along Germany’s coasts, they are still considered something special. The variety on offer at Bades Huk sets the resort apart from the competition with a wide selection of offers targeting all types of guests. It is unlike what you would find anywhere else. A mix of leasing and owner-occupier structure means an attractive investment opportunity as well. We also have a minimum monthly return in place, which provides investors with even more security. All apartments are 4-star and boast a high-end interior fit-out, giving guests that genuine vacation feeling as soon as they arrive.”

The furnishings at the resort reflect the unique ambience that comes from a combination of pristine nature and the lively energy of a Baltic Sea resort.
“The Scandinavian-style interior design brings the beauty of the surrounding landscape into the rooms, creating a perfect setting that highlights the view from the large windows,” Christina Soini explains. All vacation apartments were handed over to the owners fully furnished. The owners had the opportunity to be involved in the process and were able to select their favorite design options from a variety of product lines. “The finished interior is complemented by carefully chosen art pieces. Salzburg-based artist Csaba Fürjesi took his inspiration from the Baltic Sea and its varied landscape. His paintings capture that relaxed vacation feeling blended with the natural colors of Hohen Wieschendorf. Fürjesi’s take on nature and the sense of having nothing but time allows guests at the Bades Huk resort to escape their hectic everyday lives.”
