Sale “Niu Mood”

In addition to the topping-out ceremony last month, at which the rapid progress of construction and the successful cooperation with all trades was duly acknowledged, there was even more reason to rejoice. Already in December last year, at an early stage of the project development of this hotel property, the property at Mombacherstraße 6 was sold to a German medical pension fund. We would now like to take this opportunity to officially announce the successful transaction. This latest success strengthens us for our further plans and ideas in the future.
