Topping-out ceremony “niu Mood” Mainz

Last Thursday, March 21, 2019, topping-out ceremony was celebrated on the site of the former railroad station. The building owners paid great praise to the craftsmen involved in the project. A long-standing partner was engaged for the construction project in Mainz: Wilhelm Füssler Bau, part of the Gross construction group, is acting as general contractor with its specialist planners and engineers and is steering the fortunes on site. “This is already the third hotel property that we are implementing together with Baugruppe Gross – an important partner in our network with whom we will continue to realize projects,” Oliver Soini describes the good cooperation.

Construction of the hotel complex consisting of a lifestyle hotel and serviced apartments began in summer 2018. With a total of 279 rooms, the “niu Mood” will be the second largest hotel in the Rhineland-Palatinate state capital once it is completed.

Future guests will have to be patient until the young and individual hotel is expected to open its doors in spring 2020.
