The joint building project of SOINI ASSET and the asto Group – the asto Mäander VARIABILIS – which was purchased as part of a forward deal for the GARBE Science and Technology Real Estate Fund 1, is proof of flexible and future-oriented building concepts as a vibrant centre for exchange, synergies and technology transfer.

This high-tech building attracts research and development and aerospace tenants at this location in the asto Technology and Business Park. Multivariable office and production areas offer the advantage of combination possibilities, networking and area variability. Start-ups as well as renowned technology giants have already chosen the inspiring atmosphere and future knowledge exchange at asto Mäander VARIABILIS.
