SOINI ASSET and asto Group hand over hotel development Holiday Inn Express Krefeld® to IHG Gruppe

Another milestone in the cooperation: SOINI ASSET and the asto Group have finalized another construction project. The hotel project Holiday Inn Express® Krefeld was handed over to the new tenant and operator, the worldwide established IHG Group, at the end of April 2022.

Just a few meters from the slip road to the 44 freeway and a few minutes’ drive from the important trade fair location of Düsseldorf and its airport, the Holiday Inn Express Krefeld® opens its hotel doors in Krefeld Fichtenhain. The joint project development of SOINI ASSET and the asto Group offers business travelers, trade fair guests and corporate customers a place of added value under the flag of IHG from May 2022.

Equipped with 125 modern guest rooms in elegant design and 53 parking spaces, the business hotel in the 3-star segment enriches the growing business and trade fair location of Düsseldorf and benefits above all from its location. “The trade fair environment, the proximity to Düsseldorf Airport and the growing economic cluster in the north, where domestic and international companies have settled, create ideal conditions for a high guest frequency,” emphasizes Oliver Soini, CEO of SOINI ASSET.
