The last-mile logistics property in Sollenau near Vienna became a new addition to the LOGISTICS AUSTRIA PLUS FUND I in November 2022.
The property, a delivery depot under long-term lease to Österreichische Post AG, features 66 e-charging stations and BREEAM certification rated “excellent.” The asset will also be equipped with a photovoltaic system.
The property benefits from the advantages that come with being situated in a modern industrial location with well-developed infrastructure. The convenient location near the Südbahn and Aspangbahn railroad lines along Wiener Neustädter Straße (B17) speaks for itself. Both Vienna and the district capital of Wiener Neustadt can be easily accessed by public transportation and by car.
The submarket in the southern outskirts of Vienna is one of Austria’s strongest economic regions.
