Construction site update asto Mäander / Gilching

Not far from Munich, another variable high-tech building called “Mäander” is planned in Gilching’s industrial area south.  The construction progress in Zeppelinstraße is slowly taking shape. Last month, work was already able to begin on waterproofing, roof sealing and window installation. The interior finishing work, including plastering and drywall, also progressed.

The joint construction project of SOINI ASSET-Group and asto Group, which is scheduled for completion at the end of 2022, offers ideal conditions for innovation, technology and future-oriented jobs under one roof. With a usable floor space of 25,000 sqm, it creates space for developers, manufacturing companies, start-ups and “co-workers” in a flexible working environment. State-of-the-art development, production and office space is available.
