In its first November issue, “Immobilien Zeitung” reports extensively on the progress of construction in Garching. The special role of SOINI ASSET Immobilien in the development of GALILEO is also discussed: from the support with mezzanine capital to the takeover of the shell and continuation of the project. An outlook on further investments after completion is also shown. For we can well imagine that in the future we will also invest in the construction of the urgently needed student dormitories on site.
