Urban logistics with new shareholder

Purchase of city logistics centres and hotel project in Mainz by fund

The SOINI ASSET IMMOBILIEN Europa I fund has purchased two city logistics centres in Graz and Vienna. The logistics centre in Graz is located close to the city centre and thus follows the trend of city logistics. The second logistics centre in Vienna is located directly at the premium location of Vienna harbour and is thus ideally connected to the arterial road to the city centre.

Furthermore, the SOINI ASSET IMMOBILIEN Europa I fund has now joined S.I.E. Soini Immobilienentwicklung GmbH as a new shareholder in the Novum/niu hotel project in Mainz. This first hotel development in the fund’s portfolio is to be followed by others in the future.
