The daily newspaper “Die Welt” reported on the deplorable condition of many educational institutions and discusses the extent to which investors with private capital can be involved in renovation and new construction. In this context, GALILEO and SOINI ASSET Immobilien are mentioned as a positive example for the university sector, especially due to the diverse use of the building. The fact that public-private partnerships – especially in the education sector – have a higher potential for discussion is repeatedly made clear in media reports. For us, as a long-term investor, it is nevertheless a clear win-win situation: On the one hand, we bring the expertise and network for project development and construction.
