The new vacation resort on the Baltic coast

For a long time the team of SOINI ASSET has been working for this moment: Finally, the new vacation resort on the Baltic coast of Mecklenburg opens for vacation guests and owners.

77 apartments are embedded here in a newly created dune landscape, surrounded by a nature reserve and bird sanctuary as well as the Wismar Bay, the modernized golf course and a marina.

The vacation apartments are handed over to the private investors fully furnished and “ready to move in”. The operating company takes care of the rental and maintenance on site. Owners can use the property themselves for up to 10 weeks a year, and receive a minimum return per month to generate seasonally independent income. A concept that is so far unique in Germany.
